An Early Shakespeare Catalog describes the lure as “Anglers everywhere call it a mighty good fish getter. We call it one of the most popular of the plug lures, judging from the letters we get about it. Try it in your own fishing waters and you, too, will be telling us about your good luck. It has a most fascinating and erratic darting, diving, wiggling, wobbling action in the water and travels at just the correct depth while being retrieved. It floats when not in motion. Two treble belly hooks and one treble tail hook. 3 7/8 inch body.”

Usually selling for $30 to $90 depending on lure and box condition.
